ensure you have a great experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms
and conditions regarding refunds for in-app purchases (such as Diamonds).
1. Google Play Store Policy
Since the App is distributed via the Google Play Store, all transactions
are primarily governed by Google Play’s official refund policy.

Within 48 hours: You may be able to get a refund
depending on the details of the purchase. Please follow the instructions
on the Google Play Refund Page.

After 48 hours: Google typically directs users to
contact the developer (us) to determine refund eligibility.
2. Our Refund Rules
Beyond Google’s standard window, refunds are granted at our sole
discretion under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If a purchased item or feature fails
to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a
reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorized Purchases: If you can prove that a
purchase was made accidentally or by a third party without your consent
(subject to verification).

Non-Consumables: For "permanent" unlocks, refunds are
only considered if the content has not been substantially used.

Consumables: Virtual currency, boosters, or one-time
use items are non-refundable once they have been consumed or used.
